Thank you for choosing Petcetera™ for your premium pet hardware. We are dedicated to ensuring your order reaches you and your pets with the care and speed our boutique standards require.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a Petcetera™ tracking link once your order has cleared our quality inspection and shipped.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. As an NYC-based boutique, we utilize insured carriers to ensure safe arrival:

  • Standard Insured Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Express Boutique Delivery: 1–2 business days

Please note: Delivery estimates begin once the order has been processed and shipped, not from the date the order was placed.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout; Petcetera™ is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

ORDER TRACKING
The moment your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through the provided tracking number.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your package appears lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our NYC concierge immediately at 917-600-2914 or email hello@petceteranyc.com. We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

HOLIDAYS & DELAYS
Shipping times may be extended during peak seasons or federal holidays. We will notify you via email of any significant delays affecting your order.
